We spend a lot of our time with clients helping them identify their requirements and asking how they will measure success. After this, we design or source the appropriate solutions for them. As most of the solutions are individual (and confidential) to the client, it is difficult to fully list on this site exactly what we do.

Aim 2 Succeed has 5 core values:

Brief History
Aim 2 Succeed was established, and is led by Margaret J Hacking. She is a Charterered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; spent 12 years working as a Training & Development professional within ICI and is qualified to use a range of psychometric tests and assessment methods.

She works with a variety of companies providing them with pragmatic, common sense solutions to their development issues. Her key strength is getting people to identify what it is they want to achieve.

Her sense of fun and achievement are a hallmark of the learning events she runs for all levels of staff. She is not afraid to challenge managers or the status quo in helping people to change behaviours and strive for challenging results.

 

In 2004 Margaret was featured on the Web Works for Women as Business Woman of the Month.  In 2006 she won the North West “Inspiring Women Award” for her voluntary work at the Anson Engine Museum, having been nominated by the Trustees.  In 2006 she was given the “Commitment to Industry” award by Visit Chester and Cheshire and in February 2007 she heard she had been nominated for the NSPCC Cheshire Woman of the Year
